Understanding Correlations

A correlation is a statistical measure of the strength and direction of the relationship between two variables i.e. two dimensions, such as professional growth, and organizational engagement. As attitudes on professional growth improve, engagement improves in the same direction.

By utilizing correlations, organizations can identify which factors are most strongly associated with engagement. This information can be valuable for making informed decisions and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement levels within the workplace.
